Return/Refund Policy: If in the event there is a dispute between a Renter and Page-Brooke Developments regarding a Return or Cancellation, Page-Brooke Developments resolves to use reasonable efforts to resolve the Renter inquiry or complaint in a manner that is acceptable to Renter and Page-Brooke Developments. To this end, Page-Brooke Developments reserves the right to issue a Refund or Cancellation in any case Page-Brooke Developments deems appropriate.
